IMPORTANT NOTE: We only ship to your PayPal verified address. Please make sure your address is also on your PayPal account, otherwise LickMyTee.Com reserves the right to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

We ship worldwide for FREE excluding Brazil, Italy, Netherlands, Malta & France which an extra flat rate of $19.90 is charged. Once payment is received, please allow a maximum of 48 hours for your order to be processed. All items are shipped using Global Express Mail Service unless stated otherwise. Customers will receive and email from LickMyTee.Com with tracking number and tracking page for your reference when your order has been shipped. All products are shipped from Malaysia (Our home based country), China (Our factory base) or Hong Kong (Our second factory base).

Customers are responsible for providing full and accurate information such as name, full address & telephone number. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. International orders to USA/UK/Australia/Canada/Europe & other common countries takes 4-8 business day to arrive. For rural countries such as Netherlands, Malta, Brazil, Cyprus & others may take 8-21 business days to arrive.

All  LickMyTee.Com orders require signature upon delivery unless stated otherwise. If noone is at home during delivery, you will have to go over to the post office to collect your parcel. Please bring along your ID card for verification.

Custom Clearance

Please be assured that LickMyTee.Com declares all shipments appropriately following its value & order size. We of course try our best to customers so we declare a lower but realistic value for you. Please do not expect us to declare $20 for a 10kg parcel.

In some instances (not all), your shipment may be subjected to custom charges. LickMyTee.Com is not responsible for these charges because it is out of our hands to control such occurance. We have no idea what this charges amount to, it all depends on the country and how they handle this.

By purchasing with LickMyTee.Com you must abide to all customer charges. If you refuse the arrival of your package, LickMyTee.Com will not offer you a refund of any amount because the package does not return to us instead it will be seized by the customs in your country.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
1) Color of product is lighter/darker than picture.
2) Item had minor color difference.
3) Item does not fit (result of you choosing the wrong size).
4) You would rather have another item instead.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes PayPal to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

Once you get the confirmation from LickMyTee.Com to return an item, simply login to your account, and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you refuse the arrival of your package, you will not receive a refund because we are not held responsible for such occurrences. We do not receive the items back if you do so unless the customer ships it back to us using a proper shipping method.
